First Grade with Firefighters

Firefighters came to visit Portal's first graders. They learned about fire safety. They were very interested, and they asked many questions.  It looks likes they were having fun!!

Doughnut Math in First Grade

First Graders are working on addition problems in math. They have been working on reading and solving story problems. One of their problems was about how many sprinkles a dozen doughnuts could have. Looks yummy!
